having a terrible dry throat.....
Sigh, mummy say that life is just like a roller coaster....
You get your ups and downs....
No matter up....No matter down,
Mummy and Daddy promised to be there for me....
TO cuddle me, kiss me, hold my hands
and guide me the way.....

(the book night night baby by ladybird is good!!)

like that I can reach higher places mah.....
7) I can put balls into a bucket

mummy excited and flying over the moon.....

Mummy is getting excited about
my FIRST birthday which is 2 months away....

PM prefers no cockles?!?
PERKS
One of the many perks in daddy's job
is rubbing shoulders with famous people...
(*tugging daddy's pants*
Daddy, they so tall how you rub their shouders arr??)
I'm sure you can recognise Hidetoshi Nakata,
star striker in the Japanese World Cup Football Team.
He was so good that he played in Serie A and English Premier League.

Discover Hong Kong ||
First stop, Wong Tai Sin Temple....
From the airport, We took a bus to Wong Tai Sin Temple....
This is the first time mummy takes a bus in Hong Kong.
To think of it, it was super convenient,
as there were large metal shelves on the bus
for our baggage and stroller.....
The bus ride was reasonably comfortable,
I fell asleep first...
then mummy follow suit....
We must be dead tired from waking up
so early in the morning to catch our flight.....
coz mummy only woke up
1 stop before Wong Tai Sin bus stop and panicked!!
She woke up and asked the lady on the next seat
if this was Wong Tai Sin...
The lady just clamly replied, "nope, next stop....."
Then mummy struggled with the stroller, baggage and me....
It was super unglam!!
The temple was majestic....
Lots of STAIRS....
Thankfully, there were slopes as well for my Capella AWD PRAM....
Mummy breezed through the temple using those slopes.....
There were many people around....
But not all people who came, gave their offerings....
A tour guide was firing away in japanese....
to curious looking tourist.....
who were only interested to take pictures with their "kawaii + peace" sign!!
Mummy quickly gave her offerings and left....
We decided to take the MTR (train system in HKG)....
When mummy pushed my pram to the station entrance,
She noticed that there were flights of itimidating stairs waiting for her!!
She panickly searched for an escalator or an elevator....
NOPE, none was sighted!!
So mummy asked this young chap nearby if
there is an escalator or elevator to the MTR.....
only to be met by a dissappointing "NO"
But he offered to help mummy carry the pram down....
mummy was so grateful!!
We took the MTR to Prince Edward Stn, the start of Ladies Street....
When we got off from the train station,
we realised that we were stucked with the SAME PROBLEM....
just a flight of stairs staring blankly at us again!!
No escalator or elevator that we took so much for granted in Spore!!
Exasperated, mummy asked the station staff...
& he just retorted..."No....you've to climb the stairs..." & walk away...
Poor mummy was seething....
So mummy came out with a brilliant idea, which was...
to leave the pram at the concierge in Kowloon Hotel &
venture the city with me on a backpack carrier...
We went to Thong-Chiu for a meal.....
Mummy ordered pig liver porridge and bean curd....
The porridge was super yummy.....
I ate non stop....
then mummy asked me if her cooking was really that bad....
..."no comments mum...."
That will be the safest answer!!
Mummy said the bean curd was really smooth...
and she missed the Hong Kong food like CRAZY!!
Oh, up next was mummy's favourite hobby,
SHOPPING....
& we homed in on Ladies' Market....
Mummy walked UP and Down the streets and ended up with nothing!!
Mummy Thoughts:
Sigh.... Priorities in life has changed...
A baby changes everything...
Do you need that fancy FAKE miu miu handbag?!?
Do you need that latest FAKE Gucci shades?!?
Do you still need those flimsy sexy trendy clothes?!?
The answer was a straight NO!!
It's all baby friendly.....
Comfortable clothes, trusty backpack with all baby essentials......
nah, lose that shade... everybody will be looking at your cute baby.....
Mummy was really tired carrying me.....
Hey mum, I am only 8.3kg....
so fast tired liao arr....?
So no choice lor, got to go back to the hotel
to rest our aching feets at the lobby....
We waited and waited at the lobby,
Mummy just sat down, and did the most unglam thing on earth!!
Wriggled her toes in the lobby of a 5 star hotel!!
Wahahahaha... Couldn't help it.... her feet were really sored....
One by one, we saw SQ crew checking out
and mummy saw her batch mate, Cammy....
They chatted & caught up with their lost time...
Then Cammy jie jie has to catch the bus to the airport to San Francisco.....
By this time, mummy felt that she was ready to go explore again....
& with me in the carrier, we go shopping nearby....
Nothing much to shop... in fact we ended up in mummy's favourite dessert store,
Hoi Lau San....
Mummy went BERZERK, and ordered almost everything on the menu!!
Carrot cake, Tang Yuan with peanut, jelly mango drink were all SUPERB!!
HKG preserves many fond memories
of mummy and daddy courting days.... especially this desert store!!
*nudge daddy* Tell me leh... What happened?!?
After so much sinfully sweet desert,
we strolled back to the hotel to wait for daddy...
Daddy arrived in style,
on the crew bus with the rest of the very pretty stewardess....
I miss you so much daddy!!
Mummy has been walking around this busy streets all day!!
We went up to daddy's room, left our baggage and off we go again....
DuhZ... daddy ain't we supposed to be sleeping after a hard day work?!?
No choice loh... mummy got dessert craving, we all got to follow loh!!
And off we went to Hoi Lau San again!!
So after the dessert craving has been curbed,
and we are all ready to go back to the hotel to rest after such a busy day!!
Mummy had to soak her aching feet in warm water to ease the pain....
For the first time in a million years,
mummy refused to shop anymore tomorrow!!
Discover Hong Kong
Mummy's Thought:
Looking forward to see my long lost "office" space...
The memories of flying were extremely good....
You meet some really nice people and occasionally some BITCHES!!
Seemed not too long ago, I was the one who boarded mothers with infants,
offering them baby kits, making them feel at ease,
showing them how to use the infant seatbelts and all the safety aspects of flying....
Sure felt funny to have my role reversed..
When the safety video was playing,
I felt as if I could memorized the whole video.
It sure feels good to be in familiar territory.
I fed Hiroshi milk & he soon fell asleep amidst all the noise & adrenaline rush
when the 4 jet engines hauled the aircraft from the ground
In my mind, I went " brace, brace, brace.... keep your heads down... stay down stay down!"
DuhZ.... Why am I running the evacuation drill in my mind!!
I am supposed to be a passenger!!
The seatbelt sign soon went off...
The stewardess came and fixed up the bassinet....
& soon Hiroshi was sleeping shiok shiok there..
But he woke up when I lifted him off the bassinet due to turbulence
DuhZ... Now I understood why parents were so reluctant to lift their babies off the bassinet!!
Then meal service started & soon I was enjoying my breakfast while feeding Hiroshi breadroll.
Yummy... It has been such a long time since I took aircraft food...
Sounds CRAZY huh? But it kinda tasted good though!!
1.5 hr to HongKong, Hiroshi starting to fuss....
Luckily I bought new toys to keep him occupied....
Sigh...he wasn't interested in any of the new toys....
neither was he interested in the Inflight Entertainment as well...
So I had to "patrol" the cabin with Hiroshi...
While at the galley....the stewardess cooed at him....
Guess this made him felt so good!! as he was smiling from ear to ear!!
When the captain made the descent announcement,
I left Hiroshi on my BIG BIG seat and fasten him up....
(the funnie thing was, he knew how to unfasten the seatbelt!! And he did that several times!!)
I started reorganising my stuffs....
Putting all essential items into the backpack...
kept my fingers crossed, hoping all that will turn out fine,
and I won't be like a HEADLESS chicken in HongKong....
When I was ready, I carried Hiroshi and put on his infant seatbelt....
fed him water and was more than ready for HongKong....
(He tried to unfasten his seatbelt again!! Hmmm...I wonder where he learn it from!!)
Again, I felt the rush of excitement when the landing gears were down...
When the aircraft's wheel touched the ground of HongKong & thundered along the runway,
I held Hiroshi's hand and clapped!!
YahOoooooOOOOOooOoo... We survived!! We survived the flight!!....Hiroshi first Test Flight..!!

*ke-ching* The real deal.....
I did my first business today, not multi-million dollar one lah,
BUT, just small small one....
mummy say we shouldn't be discourage,
coz all BIG businesses starts from small small ones!!
*ahem* We are just talking about potty training....
(it wasn't that kinda $$ multi-million dollar business
you were thinking about!!)
Mummy has just started me on my potty training....
She is making an effort by sitting me on the potty
each time I wake up, after meals and before bath time.....
Mummy says she just wanted me to get used to the idea
that i can wee-wee and poo-poo in the potty as well,
instead of my diapers....
Each time I sit on the potty
I get to hear mummy read story books,
have some special toys to play with....
and sometimes I even get to watch DVD!!
Isn't that great incentives to go sit on the potty?!?
See that beautiful, cina-mina potty?!?
That was one of the "items" from mummy's chinese customary wedding....
Well, for now, it is MY Thinking Throne!
(",) Wish me luck, and hopefully I can say bye bye to diapers real soon....
and be a BIG BIG boy in a BIG BIG world. *chuckles*

Daddy the Baker?!?
Has my daddy change his job and become Daddy the Baker?!?
NO WAY!
We were just having fun....
We are pretenting to be bakers, not just any bakers.... We are pretending to be the Good Old Days bakers whom bake using a traditional clay oven.....
Daddy is getting ready to get the yummy banana cake from the clay oven....
We found this rare sight in Johor Bahru, somewhere very near the causeway.... They only open for business from 2.30pm and closes when all their bread are sold out.... *note* sells like hotcakes, pays well to go early.....
And the verdict for their bread?!?
Banana cake is SUPER nice!! Must Try!!
