Traditional Mooncake

Another of mummy's 1st attempt.....
Traditional Mooncake with Mango, white lotus fillings
with generous amount of melon seed....

Mummy is not a big fan of traditional mooncakes,
but since Auntie Cystina wanted to learn to make them.....
Mummy had to try making these traditional goodies.....

And they turned out pretty nice....
