Kitson is an excellent cook!
6 years ago when we met,
he WOWed me with delicious piping hot spaghetti
in bitter cold Zurich!
Within a year, he brought me all over Malaysia,
in search of yummy food!
My taste buds ventured into new territories
they've never been before!
They've sharpen so much that
I will now NOT settle for a SO-SO bowl of fish ball noodles....
Ah koon here I come!!

Believe it or not!
6 years ago, I could NOT even cook myself rice
without making it looks like porridge or rice crackers!
I had to do the "finger" test,
or even the "palm" test
to make sure I had the right amount of water in it
wahahahahahahaa....
even so, they came out horrible!
I am proud to say that
TODAY,
I no longer have to use my finger or palm!
I've learnt to use ARGAR-LA-TION.....
And they rice turns out PERFECT every time!
So, that's when they say practice makes perfect!!
I am now treading waters,
learning to make Penang Nyonya Food....
Hopefully, someday, I can be good enough
to invite someone to my place for a peranakan meal.
